A Live chat conversation is any conversation between your visitor and agent. Only messages from your visitors, which you respond to are counted as a Live chat conversations. You can monitor the number of used conversations at the top of your dashboard. The Live chat conversation limit renews every month. You can increase it and purchase additional live chat conversations via your dashboard at any time to provide smooth and fast support to your visitors.

We offer a free trial of Mira AI so you can test out all its features and see how it performs in real-world scenarios before making a decision. You can upgrade to the full version at any time.
Is it possible to buy Mira AI as a standalone product?
Yes, you can choose to use Mira AI as a standalone product. You will still have access to the free version of Smartsupp Live Chat, and you can upgrade at any time during your subscription.
